If you do not want to receive marketing information please unsubscribe or let us know and we will stop sending it to you.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. Refund Policy


Should you wish or decide to withdraw or cancel your purchase, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within the Cooling Off Period to the contact details below.  We provide a 14 day Cooling Off  Period unless we have explicilty extended this to 30 days when you purchased the product, in which case this will have been confirmed to you by email when you purchased. 


For coaching products we will provide the coaching that was agreed when you purchased the service on the basis that the coaching is booked to take place at a mutually convenient time and date, within one year of your purchase.  If you have not arranged your coaching within a year of purchase it will have lapsed.  


Please note that if you purchase services from us the performance of our services will begin immedaitely after you have received our purchase confirmation email.  We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio, software products and any other products where the item has been unsealed.


Unsubscribing from our contacts


You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time and we will then stop contacting you, your data may be held as an unsubscribed contact to prevent us from sending you further communications.


You may also request for your personal information to be removed from our database at any time. Details will only remain to be held if relevant to fulfil a product purchased or to prevent you from being sent further communication in the future.


Facebook Groups


We run Facebook Groups, for example: BoomBoss Expert Women In Business. If you are admitted to this Group during the sign up process we usually collect your email address and may use this for marketing purposes unless you unsubscribe from our email marketing. Facebook Groups are operated by Facebook and are accordance with their terms and conditions. You can leave the Group at any time. Within the Facebook Group it is possible for others to see your posts. Our Groups are what Facebook terms as ‘Closed’. Access to your information and correction


You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.


Retention of data


Once you are no longer involved with BoomBoss Limited we will securely retain your data for 3 years for adults unless you tell us otherwise.
